Job Description

Service Planning Expert's responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks:

1. Service Marketing

  • Propose and prepare SVC campaigns, customer care activities

  • SVC differentiated activities / sale support activities (plan & execution)

  • Execute and coordinate SVC campaign with field teams

  • Conduct customer insight activities

  • SVC VI management

2. Service evaluation

  • Propose and monitor evaluation scheme, incentive scheme

  • Execute monthly evaluation (SE, LGC, ASC/ESC)

  • Issue detection & improvement action follow-up

3. E-Service system management

  • Be admin for SVC systems to secure normal operation

  • In charge for CS Web master, S-warranty

  • CSR / CMS / Q-board… management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree with major in Marketing / BA / Economy or related fields

  • Planning and data analysis capabilities are required

  • Approximately 3 ~ 5 years of working experience, in Marketing or Customer Service is an advantage

  • Marketing and customer care knowledge is an advantage

  • Good computer skills and English communication skills
